13.1 Candle

Smelled it before I even lit it, the nutmeg and sandalwood mix is so warm and grounding. Just finished my half marathon and this is the perfect way to unwind tonight, that balsam note really fills the room.

The nutmeg cuts through the sandalwood just right, making the whole room smell like a post-race locker room that’s actually pleasant. Lit it the night before a long run and the balsam gave me that calm focus I needed. Made to order took a couple days, but worth the wait.

Lit this after my long run and the nutmeg really comes through strong, almost like a post-race reward. It burned evenly for about two hours while I stretched, and the sandalwood calmed me right down. Worth the 2-day wait since they make it fresh.
