Quick answer
The Homesick Hot Cider Candle delivers a warm, spiced apple scent that evokes crisp fall days. It works well for cozy living rooms or entryways.
What makes this candle a fall choice?
The Hot Cider Candle blends red apple with cardamom, cinnamon, and vanilla. That combination mimics the aroma of mulled cider without being overly sweet. It fits spaces where you want a welcoming, seasonal note.
Where does it shine and where does it not?
This candle works best in medium-sized rooms like a den or kitchen. Its scent throw is moderate, so it may not fill a large open-plan area. If you prefer lighter florals or clean linen scents, this spice-forward option might feel heavy.
Frequently asked questions
- How long does the Hot Cider Candle burn?
- Homesick candles typically burn 40–60 hours depending on size. The Hot Cider Candle uses a standard wax blend; follow the 4-hour burn rule for best performance. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to extend life.
- When should I light this candle?
- Use it during fall gatherings, rainy afternoons, or as a kitchen counter accent. The apple-spice note pairs well with baking or coffee.
- Does the scent change as it burns?
- Yes. The top note is bright apple, then cardamom and cinnamon emerge, and vanilla softens the base. You get a layered experience rather than a single note. If you want a consistent scent, this candle offers evolution; if you prefer a flat profile, consider a single-note candle.
